On your device

Your current boards, best times, daily streak and leaderboard name are saved in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you submit a time.

On our server

Leaderboard entries: if you submit a daily time, we store the name you typed, your time, the number of hints, the date, and a one-way hash of your IP address mixed with that date (so each player keeps one entry per day). Names and times are public on the leaderboard; entries are deleted after about 13 months.
Page view counts: daily totals per page with the referring site's name and the country Cloudflare reports. No IP addresses, no cookies.
Player wall: if you post on the wall, we store your name, your message, the date, a one-way hash of your IP address mixed with that date, and your daily time if you had submitted one that day (shown as a badge). Posts are public and deleted after about 90 days.
Messages: what you send through the contact form, kept up to 12 months.
Rate limiting uses a one-way hash of your IP address that changes every day; the address itself is not stored.
